The location.

The apartment was not suitable to receive guests. The place was humid, dirty and flakes were falling from the walls and the ceiling everywhere. The dehumidifier had to be emptied at least twice a day and there are mold spots on the walls. The kitchen utensils are old and the Teflon coatings on them are scratched. There was no coffee in the coffee jar and no detergent. The duvet on the bed appeared to be unwashed, with stain on the pillow. The place was hard to find, even by the taxi driver. The location of the place was excellent but the place itself needs some major renovations. The email support of the hostess was good.

Location. Clean. Well-equipped mostly.

Construction near and far. It seems every first floor of each “house” is being converted to Airbnb in the neighborhood. The construction started at 7:00. It was not loud, but enough to wake me up one of the two mornings. But I am a light sleeper. So you will be the judge.

Excellent host throughout and before the stay. Location is ok though some very steep streets to the centre. Very well presented with an excellent bed, sofa etc. however, the nature of the building/property creates issues.

The property is an old stone building and adjacent to a workshop/joiners with renovation also going on close by. The upshot is a lot of noise from the workshop inc the staff as noise travels so much that it’s as though you are in the workshop. The loud noise from power tools etc started before 8am on a Saturday. Also, being stone built with high arched ceiling and no real daylight the place is never warm in mid teen winter temperatures as a small radiator cannot heat the place. Only hand held shower worked.

I went for concert and the location was perfect. Charlene sent all the information with links and photos. The flat is in a very peaceful area, yet close to all the sights. It is most suitable for a longer stay, with being perfectly equipped.

It was fine, no problems.

A very nice and cozy apartment very close to everything you might want to see and still very quiet during the night.
