Apartment in Taormina

Only one word can describe my experience in this apartment : perfect! Perfect location, over equipped, super clean, very helpful host ( Ksenia). Honestly, you can’t find any default for this place.

It was a great location. A lovely vista. The Pool was just what was needed on a hot day and it was reasonably quiet. We were met by Ksenia and she was excellent at showing us around and communicating with us throughout our stay.

The pool towels offered were not up to standard of paying 5 euro per towel, 2 were freebie MacDonald ones and the other two had seen better days and had stains on. The LAVAZZA coffee maching didn't work but there were other coffee machines to use.

Meet and greet was great. Location to Corso Umberto and funicular to beach was perfect. Also close to bus stop and taxi rank. Nice balcony area and comfortable apartment.

Very small shower, minimal lighting and kitchen accessories.

Excellent location; incredible view; great facilities and a fantastic pool and lifeguard.

Sensational view, beautiful infinity pool, spacious terrace to ourselves over looking the pool, fantastic air conditioning, ensuite and a bathroom, fabulous location. Great communication with host.

The host, Xenia, was very helpful. She was always contactable whenever we had questions. When our key broke she arranged for an on-site person to fix the problem straight away. The location of the apartment was good - nice and close to the main areas we were interested in. The pool was very nice.

The towels were quite old and scratchy. No hand towels were provided or even a tea towel. Some plastic glasses would have been good to take drinks to the pool.

Host was very helpful with checking in very late at night without additional charge due to flight issues and delays flying into Catania due to fires. Amazing balcony, pool and location.

Apartment was not clean and bathroom floors were dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Washing machine leaked.

Huge apartment overlooking pool and coastline, and property included well kept gardens and paths. Property was secure and safe, included parking space in covered garage and elevators to and from carpark and pool to apartment. Large living areas inside and outside on verandah. Met on-site by Xenia who showed us around and was welcoming and friendly. Short walk to Taormina restaurants and shops. Loved it. Didn’t want to leave.

Could do with a bit more interior lighting, especially in kitchen and the bedroom with the en-suite. Liked that they recycled rubbish but be warned: the rules are very strict about this.

The host was actively contacting us the whole time. We had a last minute flight rerouting due to airport fire and the hostess stayed up until 11pm to let us into the apartment. Although the furnishing was a bit dated, everything was in good working condition. The secured carpark is a big plus if you have a rental car, the pool was also well managed and a big plus after a hot touring day.
