- Cleanliness - Pleasant view from the window - Convenient location - Washing machine in the unit

- We parked our vehicle in front of the apartment for just 3 minutes to unload our luggage and received a €120 fine. The host failed to inform us about ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) rules. As non-Italians, we were completely unaware of such regulations. - Insufficient toiletries provided for longer stays(2+ days) —only one small bar of soap, two shampoo sachets, and three rolls of toilet paper. - The host requires guests to send sensitive personal information (copies of IDs/passports) via regular email, which is unacceptable. This practice jeopardizes guests’ personal data security and does not comply with GDPR regulations.

The apartment is comfortable and in a strategic position if you want to visit the city and discover the surroundings. Easy to reach by car and not hard to find a parking spot. Breathtaking view from the bedroom.

The apartment was comfortable and very close to Siena city centre. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the bed was very comfortable.

The view is breathtaking. You can see right over val d’oca towards Monte Amiata. Pope Pius rearranged Pienza to have the same view. It’s stunning and worth every penny. You wouldn’t get that view closer to the centre, but it’s really not too far to walk in either. They provide detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher which is much appreciated as well as tea and coffee and salt and pepper. Bathroom is the best one I’ve had in Italy. Great water pressure in the shower. Nicely appointed. Would definitely recommend it.

Would be great to have a hook in the bedroom for extra hanging space for long dresses. English is definitely not a language they are hugely comfortable with - some of the information was a little confusing and I didn’t have a clue what the system was with the bins because it was only provided in Italian and black and white, so could even decipher the colour-coding. But that’s really my problem for not speaking better Italian. I can hardly blame them for that!

Excellent location, just a 10 mins walk to the centre. The room is so practical and clean with an amazing view.

We stayed at this property for five nights and were faced with uncomfortable temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius due to heating issues. Despite reaching out to the property management on our first day, our concerns were not addressed. The heating controls were locked away, and the AC remote did not activate heating mode. Additionally, no extra blankets were provided, forcing us to sleep in our clothes to keep warm. The bed was also substandard, which compounded our discomfort, and early morning noise from neighbors was incessant. The lack of responsiveness from the management only added to our frustration. Another misleading aspect of this property was the parking situation; the advertised free parking was perpetually full, leaving us no choice but to use paid parking throughout our stay. Overall, this was a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I strongly advise against booking this property, as it failed to meet basic comfort standards and support was severely lacking.

Loved our stay here. View out the bedroom window was incredible. Enjoyed staying away from the business of Siena.

Not a dislike, but there are stairs you need to climb to access the apartment.
