I had an issue around missing laundry detergent, while the host addressed it - the communication was unclear and eventually he told me he was too busy to answer questions.

"Good location and stunning views."

Property was very nice, absolutely stunning views over the country side. Kitchen had good facilities and a small sitting and dining area. Nicely located inside the old city meant a short and picturesque walk to the main historic sites.

The room was very hot, the aircon didn’t work very well which meant for uncomfortable nights.

"Nice view"

Nice view at the Tuscany hills from the window.

Total absence of soap/shower gel in the bathroom. Noisy neighbours in the upstairs apartament since 6:30 in the morning.

There was plenty of space, very nice and clean, the view from the bedroom window was spectacular and the washer was so appreciated at the halfway point of our 2 week trip in Italy.
