The Loft is very clean and nicely derorated. We enjoyed our stay. Simone is really helpful host, we checked out a bit late because our car malfunction. He even called one mechanic for check on behalf of us. Good option for visit lake como and sorroundings..

Organization, decoration taste. Amenities. Communication with the host. Based on previous comments, host took into consideration and placed window curtains to help block light.

Street is a little bit noisy, but it is what it is. And the for the purpose of visiting and traveling sleep until noon it is not an issue.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it ideal for my needs. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, even when my flight delay caused me to arrive later than planned. The kitchen was stocked with crockery and utensils, and the addition of a toaster was a thoughtful touch. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal. I also appreciated the great shower in the morning!

One small note: the space was quite chilly for November, and I was unable to get the aircon/heating unit to work with the remote in the living room/kitchen or bedroom areas. Since I arrived after 1 a.m., I decided not to disturb the host, but I’m confident they would have been responsive if I’d reached out.

Informative owner who provided all the instructions beforehand. Nice apartment, spacious and with whatever we needed.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there's no cover of the door, so all the light from the street (and it's right in front of a lamp) comes in and makes it harder to sleep at night (and for our child to fall asleep). It would be great to have some light blockers there.
