UPDATE: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I changed my rating from 5 to the lowest because apparently the host lied to booking about damages to the apartment. I didn't damage anything, only problem was with 30 min late checkout i will describe below. He threatened me to complain to booking and it seems he added fictional damages to the apartment. You can hear everything from outside and right in front there is a bar, not so happy. The apartment doesn’t have parking, only if you’re lucky to find a place in the public spots across the road. The host is very compulsive. I was late 30 min from check out because i had some health issues caused by the fact that he didn’t had heating in the apartment (although the booking ad said it had) so we had to use the air conditioning for heat which caused very dry air. He kept calling and sending texts that the cleaning team is outside, but no one was there… so he lied about the heating, he lied about the cleaning team and now i see that he lied about damages in the apartment. worst host ever.

Location was fine. Close to the Birrificio di Como

Comfy beds, lovely bathroom. Very clean. Host very friendly, easy to communicate with and quick to help with any problems. Right next to train station (5 minute train into Como centre).

Door difficult to open. Limited plug sockets.

The apartment is conveniently located to the station and some shops It was clean and presented as per the photos

There are bright lights that come through the window above the front door at night The neighbours upstairs make a lot of noise until 10.30-11 at night Some car noise so not good for light sleepers

mosquitos inside the room, the ac/heater fan did not work and no curtains for the door or top window allowing lights to fill the room, hear everything from outside, no dedicated parking.
