Super friendly communication and great amenities

Situated in the center of the Chianti region. The host was really nice and responded to all our questions quickly.

The bathroom ceiling is rather low, so if you are taller than 180 cm, it might be uncomfortable. Additionally, there is some mold on the ceiling, and the bathroom itself is quite narrow.

Very cute and cozy place, smooth check in/out, great location, perfect to explore Panzano and nearby towns :)

- The location is great - it's a lovely courtyard filled with plants and flowers, and there's a cute cat who comes to say hello - David was very helpful prior to our arrival; we took a bus from Florence to Panzano and he sent us up-to-date bus info - There is a kitchen, you may prepare your meals if you wish. It's well equipped and there's coffee, sugar, etc. - General cleanliness at a good level - Despite it being quite hot outside, the flat kept cool - We liked the printed information regarding history of the street (available only in Italian tho) - we thought that was an interesting touch

- Bathroom isn't great: the ceiling above the shower is very low and anyone above 180cm of height will have an issue. Moreover, after using the shower the bidet started leaking - and it was leaking after every shower, so the bathroom was quite flooded after a while. - One of the bath towels had dry, tangled hair on it - There was no shampoo - only shower gel. We needed to make a trip to the shop to get it. - The flat is very cluttered and full of random stuff that make the place feel quite claustrophobic. It is also quite dark. - The moka (coffee pot) was mouldy, and sugar had dirty bits in it. - Slow responsiveness from the host on the day of our check-in and check-out

Really authentic and great for a one night stop over, great location in the town and close to everything you need.
