Very cute . Quite small but normal for these types of accommodations. David was very nice and helpful.

Too many nick knacks. It’s a small place and all the extra stuff made it feel smaller - plus no where to put things. Travellers are not interested in seeing so many items on all the surfaces. Two book cases full of books. One would suffice.

I liked that it was inexpensive and in Panzano. Also, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I could cook my own meal.

It was cold and damp (late October and rainy). And there was a fly and mosquitoes in the room that tormented me while I tried to sleep. After a little while I was able to kill the fly and two mosquitoes, but I woke up with bites on my face. Plus, the parking was not as close as I thought it would be when I booked the room. And I checked in on a Sunday and the grocery stores were closed, so I had to eat out the first night (of two) when I had planned to stay in and make my own dinner. Oh, and I had hoped to wash some clothes, but the instructions were only in Italian, and I needed to send a chat to figure out how to light the gas burners, which is not at all how I light my gas stove at home in the US.

Nice tiny place, cozy, kitchen with some amenities. They definitely tried to get the most out of a small place. Very charming. Easy check-in at any time.

The location is very difficult to get in and out of with a car, as it's one-way, and one can't park on the street once a week. On foot it's probably nearly impossible as I don't believe there is public transportation.

Location was excellent. Plenty of public parking space very close to the house. Friendly host with easy check in. Short walking distances to bars and restaurants in Panzano.

Prior booking one should be aware of the bed size. The bed is too small for two adults to comfortably sleep in (especially if not a couple) As a result one of us slept on the ground on couch pillows during the stay.

The owner of the property David was extremely helpful with all the instructions. The place was easy to find and it is even better than described. Wish I could stay for a week to enjoy beautiful Panzano.

The property is well located for exploring Tuscany and the town is attractive. Supermarket was close and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The courtyard was lovely to sit in. The bed was nice and soft.

The apartment was cluttered. More room could be left for putting suitcases. The bathroom was narrow with a low ceiling over the shower.
