Modern, clean and spacious. The host was amazing. The location is good and quiet. Very close to the main train station.

Lovely stay here. Room was very comfortable, and location was good- about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. Host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend and stay here again.

Super właścicielka i apartament. Duża łazienka, wygodne łóżko, wszystko dobrze utrzymane. Dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko pralnia i galeria handlowa. Spokojna okolica. Blisko autobusy, nieco dalej stacja kolejowa.

One of my best accommodation on my trips around the world. Perfectly designed, very comfortable, cozy, the owner is beautiful and smiley lady. It in real looks much better than on the photos. Great location. Highly recommend. I will come back one day!

The host, I believe her name was Yihsiu was lovely. Very nice and just set us up with the entry codes and left us to our holiday. The room was big compared to our other stays. The shower and facilities were great. If you want to stay close to Kyoto train station, this is a great spot. You can’t hear any trains, it’s peaceful. We walked to the train station a few times but getting taxis was not a problem.

The bed was small and uncomfortable for us, very creaky. But that was the only negative of the entire stay. Everything else was wonderful.

everything, host is very friendly, location is near station, mall and restaurants. room is spacious and the bath is very relaxing, almost your private onsen.
