Lovely house with nice studios, perfectly located, great host.

Everything you need and in walking distance to the station and close to bus stop

It‘s much smaller than advertised. Including the bathroom and cupboards maybe the size is correct. However I managed to place a carry on luggage and big suitcase in the cupboard and have them both open

Quite conformable as it was basically just renting out a room for a week. There were plenty of things to cook for myself and plenty of room to keep my things around, there we utilities to use as well as cups and such, provided with the property.

Trash can was small for a place without some kind of room service or general place to dump things at. Slight complication with the bidet as there was a gap between the seat and when I went to use it, liquid would go between that gap and just go on the floor.

Nice little place, good location, great value for money for Kyoto!!

The accessibility to go in and out of the location was easy. Comfortable beds with a lot of modern touches that makes things easier like charging devices. The kitchen is nice to have if you plan to buy anything in the markets. Close to Kyoto station, certainly walkable but might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The hostess was very communicative and accommodating.

I wish sound proofing was a little better as upstairs visitors steps could be heard

Everything was just perfect. The space is very well thought, it is super clean, quiet, and the bed is the best!

Very clean and comfortable for the price.

The small apartment has everything you might need, it must have been recently renovated because everything is pretty new. I loved that it was spotless clean! Also, within the two weeks I spent in Japan, that's where I had the best sleep: silence and very comfy beds :) The host answers to messages very fast and communication is easy.

It was pretty expensive, but I think it's still worth it for a stay that is longer than 4-5 days to have more comfort, with a small kitchen, bathtub and so on. It was a long walk from Kyoto station, Kyoto in general is very big and not well served by subway, still this was the place I found that was the closest to a station and the most affordable with 5 days notice.
