Loved that the property is gated and conveniently close to everything. Very quiet, too. Also has a small playground which is always a plus if you have children.

Very safe location in a gated comunidad. Easy access, close to shopping and beach. Very clean and had all amenities.

It has fans throughout the house but I wish it had AC.
