"Restroom need alot of work door knobs from entrance doesn’t work"

Dirty, shower head doesn’t work, pool table broken, pool sticks broken don’t work….door knob broken, spiders inside the house.

Private Gated Community.

During Booking the information of the house was different and changed on the day of the reservation. I was given unit #32 after I had reserved unit#1. Upon arrival the bed sheets were dirty they had hairs, the pillow had black dots which appear to be mold. The shower floor was dirty and had hairs. A few spiders craw around the walls. After communicating this to the host via Booking app, the host text back stating that the house was clean and that it was impossible to come over the house and check as at the moment the host was at Tijuana. The host suggested to use the extra sheets on the closet. I just ended up going to the nearby grocery store and bought bed covers,sheets and pillow cover along with pillows for all 3 bedroom.

Everything was perfect my only issue was that my place didn’t have any curtains in the whole bottom floor other than that was perfect beautiful clean loved it!!!!!near casino 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️I hit

Host didn’t cooperate with us, he didn’t send someone to clean the bedsheets, the applianceswere dirty ,the house was dirty and sheets, he wanted to send someone until the next day evening, he was rude and we didn’t stay at this property

The listing is deceitful. The house does not have 2 bathrooms, it has 1.5 bathrooms: 1 full bathroom and 1 powder room. This is not the surprise you want to have when arriving at the property and realizing 6 adults and 2 babies will now have to be sharing 1 shower. As someone who uses booking regularly, I'd appreciate honesty from the owners/listers. If we knew the house had 1.5 bathrooms, we would NOT have booked it. Also the house has no place to sit down and eat. There is no dining table/chairs and no seating in the kitchen either. Very uncomfortable. I've stayed at other properties in this same complex, that are better maintained and at a better price.
