Sai's House Hakuba

Loved the property, spacious, very clean, warm, comfortable beds and lovely, friendly, helpful hosts - Peter and Hiroko. Exceptional communication, and will go above and beyond for you. Lots of little details have been thought of, like charging docks, toothbrush holders, inside slippers, extra blankets and well stocked kitchen equipment. Great location to walk to multiple bus stops and handy little 7/11 down the road.

An amazing home. Beautiful views, prime location from ski slopes and perfect home to call home away from home. Convenience in every way you can think of. Definitely if given the opportunity to return we sure will be. Loved every moment here, definitely didn't want to leave.

The hosts were so kind during and before our stay, with great communication and punctuality. They picked up us from the bus stop and dropped us back off with all our luggage. Hiroko was so lovely and gave us insight on how to get around and things to do/ where to rent our ski gear from and I couldn’t have asked to stay at a more beautiful place. Amenities were great and the house was nice and warm during the cold start of spring

The best we have ever had, so clean and cosy, well-equipped and spacious for us family of 5. The hosts Pete and Hiroko are so friendly and helpful, they are just the best.

I could not fault our stay at Sai’s House. This cosy property accommodated our party of 6, it had everything we were looking for and more. The hosts Pete and Hiroko were amazing, they assisted with restaurant bookings, gave advice on the area, picked us up from the bus station, took us grocery shopping and to sort our ski equipment. We felt very spoilt as they also drove us to the ski resort of choice each day. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a 7 Eleven close by. We would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property.
