天ゆふ(Ten Yufu)

The location is just right at the Kinrin Lake. With 1 bath house at the front and across the street is a public onsen right beside the lake. It is the whole house to your group and can easily fit 5 people with a spare space to move around. (But there's only one parking slot). As it's a house, it comes with kitchen and accessory. Very family friendly. Can cook nabe or BBQ. The carpark is a bit hard to find but seriously, it's like the most unique parking place ever. Not everyday that you can park beside a hole on the ground with hot spring water running and many fishes.

Stairs! There's about 2 story-high climb. I have my old parents with me with 6 luggages so we have to take out all the necessary to carry up the house.

This big house was amazing, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The area is very quiet at night. I wish we could have stayed a full week there.

This house is very close to the Kinrinko and Shitanyu, so it’s easy to walk around the lake. This house has 3 bed rooms and 5 beds, so suitable for two families or groups of friends for a reasonable price.

My car is Polo Volkswagen and barely managed to drive through the road to the house. If we drive bigger cars, we should be careful or find another place to park. We need to go up stairs with heavy luggage to this house. Old people may find it difficult.

The house was very cold and there was no heating, the bathroom was uncomfortable, there was no privacy in it because there was a hole from which all sounds were issued, and there was no water in the w.c for rinsing. The house's furniture is not simple due to the size of the house and the large number of furniture makes it uncomfortable for the eyesight

Only problem is there is only 1 toilet for the 6 of us to use.

The house ia big and has a nice outside place and view.The service is terrible

They really do everything not to help you . we came with train and there is 20 min walk from the station, nothing comfortable with luggage. We ask them for information and they refused to help. on the way back we catch a rainy day and the didn’t let the husband of the clean lady to take us to the station. Zero understanding of providing service to guests
