Cool to experience a real Tamati mat room and have a whole house to ourselves. Very good value for money.

Whilst the lady was very friendly at check in, going to a separate location that is at least a 20 minute walk isn't great. Just requires the keys to be in a locked box at the location.

Great well equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Tatami mats. Bathroom. Futons.

Washer dryer didn’t work well. A bit of a confusing check in procedure. 2 levels made it a bit tricky. Pillows were horrible.

The house is gorgeous and it was a very different experience compared to all our other accommodations in Japan. It feels like you are living in the neighbourhood. We only spent one night but it feels like it would be perfect for longer stays of multiple days in Kanazawa. It's in a very quiet and nice area although not very central (but you can still walk everywhere).

The check in system is easy but not very convenient. You have to collect the keys in a separate place during specific hours. But you can do self check out at the property which is great.

Great roomy townhouse in a quiet part of town. Cute balcony and fabulous bath! Easy access to loop bus and a beautiful walk down the river from higashi chaya district.

It is a good property, clean and quiet.

Check in from 4 pm, but after 4 you have to go to the agency and only after that go to the property.
