Hyotan 旅音

The house was truly amazing. Spacious, full of character and beautifully refurbished. We also liked the location.

A small thing, the pillows were very hard.

It was spotlessly clean, tastefully renovated with a relaxing uncluttered ambience, had all that was needed for a short stay, and was in a reasonably convenient location. It is located a short walk from the first bus stop on the right loop bus course from Kanazawa station and from a supermarket. There was also English information on switches around the premises and in the information folder. The lady I met when picking up the key was also friendly and helpful.

Nothing, however as it is a traditional Japanese house, be aware that the stairs are quite steep and narrow, so may be difficult for some people to use.
