cleanliness

dont have any water purifier even the cheap one, dont include any coffee or tea packets i check in on 3pm but cleaner come on 3.15-3.30 like that, they said previous customer check out late. im okay with it

"Good value but pillow were too hard and high"

Many rooms and toilets. Self check in with the keys in the locker box with password. All good except the matter that had been mentioned

The pillows were too high and so hard. The air conditioner in master room was not cold, the fan in living room not working, low water pressure, the sofa cover in living room seemed not having periodic cleaning.

The house was kept clean. Everything was neat. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear instructions were given. Safe neighbourhood.

Two out of four body soap dispenser were not refilled.
