Most important factor is the cleanliness which we found great. Also location was fantastic, close to shops and the beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed and sheets. Love the availability of Netflix too!

The sofas need to be changed badly. We are sitting on more frame than cushion especially for my parents, it's very uncomfortable. For a 4 bedroom house, there should be 1 more 2/3 seater sofa. The bathroom mats are outdoor mats, not suitable to wipe your wet feet at all, no absorption. Please change to normal cloth bathroom mats. The doors need to be oiled with WD40, very loud creaking when opening and closing. We were unsure how to use the stove, no lighter gun provided, not sure how it works as we turned the knob but no fire. Best to provide dishwashing liquid so we can wash what we used. I think it was hand soap provided, but I could be wrong. Water pressure pretty low, but can deal w it, not too bad.

House is clean and tidy👍🏻 instruction given self check in very clear and easy👍🏻Netflix available to watch.

Water hose is so small. Bath also NO SHIOK! The washing machine is not well maintained all the string dirt stuck at my clothes ..and pls consider to provide dryer as well. We have to go nearby dobi to do the dryer .

Inside the house is good.

The lobby is very run down. Ceiling paint is peeling and so is the side wall with lot of debris.

I like the location. Very convenient to major attractions. The house is big and spacious and can fit 10-12pax. It is clean too. Self check in and check out was convenient.

The wifi was not working. Other than that all good!

Sink pipe clogged, poor kitchen equipment (no gas), refrigerator not function

Everything was good, the house was big and nice.

Its far from shop, would be good the they have a minimart around the place.
