The restaurant on the first floor serves delicious food, the owner is very friendly, the room is spacious, tidy, and clean. It’s just 100 meters from JR Kii-Katsuura Station, which is very convenient!

The bed was very comfortable. The best we had in Japan. The location was excellent. Great coffee making facilities. Super helpful being able to leave our luggage pre and post check in/check out at the cafe

Thought it was overpriced compared to other accommodation during our 3 week trip. Better towels needed. The stairs were ok just needed to be mindful as they were a bit slippery

Just directly opposite Kii Katsuura Station and a cafe away from bus ticket office. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap all smell very nice. A good choice for quick stopover to do sightseeing in Nachi San area.

Can't really say that is something I dislike but if there is elderly in the group with mobility issues, need to careful. Stairs up to second floor are very steep.

Location is superb near station and bus terminal. Bed is big, living room area are big too, enough for at least 8 peoples to stay as they have futons and blankets inside cardboard too.

Firstly, families with small children or elderly, please avoid this room as stairs are very steep. No recommended for small kids especially those that are super energetic ones. elderly with leg problems please avoid here too. No toothbrushes and toothpaste, so need to buy ownself. The toilet is just literally at the door step, and there is no bind or curtain to close up the window too. Although the windows are those that are blurred enough not to peep in from outside but people who are very conservative ones - i would say this room is not for you to stay. Staying here during winter or cold weather is also definitely a no no as the heaters there are not enough hot for you to tolerate the cold.
