The thing that I liked the most about the house was the location and the house was very big also a big kitchen that has everything you need that is very important for me when I go on vacation with the family 😁

The only thing that I didn't like was the beds they are a little bit not too comfortable

The host was nice, the complex is good with parking spots and swimming pool

Both the apartment and the swimming pool were not clean (especially the pool and the chairs in the back yard)

A very big house, with lots of bedrooms, an office with a couch, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The house also has space where to park your car. In a gated community with security, a shared pool, kids playground and a tennis court.

Rodolfo and the lady were extremely helpful and kind. A day before check-In we received information on how to get to the house with pictures and maps. The service they provided and the house itself were excellent.

I think the water pressure had some issues in the second floor but Rodolfo and the lady in the WhatsApp did their best to fix it. They were very responsive.

The apartment was filthy. We had to clean everything. Ants are everywhere ( bed too)!!! Huge ants colonia live in the printer. No hot water and pressure if we use two showers at the same time.

very spacious and ideal for families

first when we got there the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the air conditioning for the main area wasn’t working either, the owner said he was gonna solve it in 10min but it turned out to be about 4 hours later just to solve the Wi-Fi problem, and the issue with the air conditioning turned out to be ever worse, the owner didn’t showed up as he said he would, so we had to stay there without air conditioning on the summer season. Very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and communication from the owner.
