Cozy Corner House in Valletta - Authentic!

The property is ideally located on the quiet side of Republic Street. We could walk everywhere. Small stores close to buy provisions. Close to all the is happening in Valletta. The owner Joelean went above and beyond to accommodate various requests, fetch us from ferries and drop us off where needed. She help sort out an accommodation issue for our last night in Malta even though it had nothing to do with her. She is our guardian angel in Malta and I cannot thank her enough for her help and support. Cannot recommend Cosy Corner House more highly🙏

This was an authentic Malta property, full of charm and character. Right in the heart of Valletta, only short walks away from restaurants, bus station and shops.

Fabulously decorated and super unique in a great location! Loved the 2 balconies. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was kind and helpful.

House was very cold and damp. We didn't use the lower level as it was particularly bad down there and smelled musty. It was impossible to get anything to dry in there and towels were always damp, if not wet. We did stay near the end of March though, so I imagine the summer would be a better time of year to utilize this house. For the price, I wouldn't recommend in winter or early spring.

The property was stunning and well located in the centre of the city. Moreover, the host was absolutely wonderful and made our stay simple, pleasant and provided excellent recommendations.

Really extraordinary place for travellers who love romantic and cozy places - we felt like in true fairytale! Our first time in Valletta will certainly not be the last one, also thanks to amazing hospitality and friendliness we had chance to experience by our host. Thank you!

Staying at this apartment was an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Having a shop and a bakery just around the corner was super convenient. The stone house has been thoughtfully renovated, blending charm and modern comfort. The quirky interior might not suit everyone, but we found it delightful and full of character. The staircase is stunning and adds to the charm, though it could be tricky for larger luggage or anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. Overall, it’s fantastic value for money. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the wonderful host for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location was great.

The stairs were a real hazard to negotiate, especially if you need to use the bathroom in the muddle of the night. We couldn't bring our suitcases to the bedroom because of the stairs. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

If you want your stay in Malta to be memorable, this is the house you must visit. A real medieval mini-castle, cozy, ideal for lovers of authentic buildings. The house has a lot of narrow steps, from the basement to the first floor, but somehow accessible. I appreciated the equipment with absolutely everything you may need: washing machine, full equipped kitchen, (including even sunscreen and beach towels). Carefully chosen details, clean, spacious, easy to find, excellent location (a few steps from the center of Valletta). The host, available and very helpful. Thank you, Joelean! For us was not enough, we'll definitely be back for more.
