Spacious maisonette with spectacular views IBRI1-1

The apartment is beautiful with perfect location and prime views

The location is the best - close to everything and quiet. I loved both the balconies and the sun and heat coming into the apartment in the morning even in late November.

I was scared to be in this apartment with the price list of everything your deposit may be deducted from if you break it, lose it? But it doesn't say how many glasses, cups or anything there should be. The description doesn't say anything on coffee or tea or shampoo but it ought to be available with such an expensive apartment. The coffee cops were difficult to find in nearby shops. If you want your guest to buy them at least you should give them a tip on it. One of the windows was broken replaced with a tape! And the window in the Maltese balcony was dirty. We left our electric adapter in the apartment and wanted to get it back as we were staying in Malta longer but the owner asked as to send her the picture of it!

perfect location, very spacious and beautiful flat. communication with the property management was as well very smooth and friendly. the view is really breathtaking! the flat has everything what one may need and more.

the sofa bed and second bathroom are in kind of cellar with rather low roofs, not for very tall people. there's a security deposit to be paid, which I didn't noticed during the booking, but the deposit itself has been returned very quickly after the check out.

The apartment was truly beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The stunning views from the two balconies in the property were out of this world!! The apartment in my opinion was in the perfect location in Valletta, a short walk to the ferry port with boats to Gozo and other parts of Valletta, all the main attractions and wide choice of bars and resteraunts. The hosts were very accommodating and great at communicating with us.

The only slight negative is the long list of printed house rules and notification of the cost of each item in the house if there happened to be any damage or breakages. I do understand to a certain extent as I would be very protective if I owned such a beautiful apartment but it was hard to relax as we lived in fear of touching anything!

Close to everything in Valletta. This is Malta, so with a Bolt, it's close to everything in Malta. 5 minute walk to the lift that goes down to the wharf, makes it easy to take a ferry to Three Cities or Gozo. Close to many restaurants, the Hole Bagel and Coffee shop is one block away. Watch the morning sunrise on the horizon beyond the Grand Harbor and Malta Studios. Great view of the Grand Harbor and the big cruise ships as they come and go. Very beautiful place with nice beams in the ceiling, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything work. Very easy check in with a key lockbox!

The plugs are not the same as EU plugs, they are the same as England. There was an adapter on the hair dryer plug and I used it for my laptop, but after we went out for a while I came home to work and my laptop was dead. I work remote and this was a big inconvenience. We walked to a couple souvenir shops and found one with universal adapters. Given all of the digital nomads and remote workers nowadays I suggest this property spend a few Euros to put a couple universal adapters in the place. They have signed to watch your head, but there are a couple of very low ceilings and I crack my head twice!

Location and view unbeatable - truly stunning

A small welcome pack e.g. milk would have been nice + Smart TV unable to stream terrestrial channels

The view from the apartment is one of life's "Oh Wow!" moments. Stunning. Small balcony in the bedroom and bay type windows that fully open, make a larger balcony in the living room. We spent most of our time when in the apartment here, checking out the view and the comings and goings of ships. Perfect location to explore the lovely Valletta. 10 minute or so walk to a large supermarket.

Upstairs air conditioners not working when it was very hot and humid.

Good location, spacious for 2 people, clean and fantastic view of the harbour.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the bedroom and was quite weak in the living room. Information about the rubbish collect wasn’t clear and hard to read. The appropriate colour coded bags were not provided. The downstairs area smelled damp and would not be suitable for sleeping.
