Very friendly and humble owner. Definetly this homestay has amazing view of Mount Kinabalu. Especially during sunrise. Love it so much

Not eldery friendly, got many stairs. Limited parking space but its okay.

"reccomended for family stay but need to consider those unable to walk up and down stairs"

1. The view is spectacular. on clear skies, can see the top of mount kinabalu from the balcony while enjoying hot coffee. 2. comfortable for those who dont mind a village style accommodation. 3. suitable for family vacation as the basic necessities i.e. kitchen and family area are ready to use. 4. got hot water for showering and two separate bathroom.

1. not so elderly friendly as the top accommodation requires to climb up the stairs and there are stairs as well from the rooms to the toilet and kitchen area 2. water pressure from the shower is quite low
