This is a spacious and conveniently located house. The kitchen is usable. The balcony views are wonderful.

The entire house needs a thorough cleaning. If cleanliness is important, look somewhere else. The bed mattresses were poor quality. We didn’t use the shower because it was so dirty. The only soap provided is dish washing soap. No bathroom soap, no towels, no toilet tissue. The WiFi was spotty and weak.

location with Verandah facing the Mount Kinabalu and most of Kundasang town. Ample space for 6/8ppl. comfortable beds. wonderful facilities in the kitchen.

parking is challenging. not so friendly for senior citizens as the flight of stairs is a bit steep

"i didn’t stay as in wasn’t accessible for an elderly person . we had to find another accommodation"

the property was located on the 1st floor hence it’s not suited for anyone with disability. The GF wasn’t part of the rented area . the parking area was small and the surrounding was rather crowded with other homestay

locality was in a “ kampung “ area which was rather crowded . the parking area was small .
