"Incredible place, people and puppy"

Both the property & owners are incredible. They were able to help us and offer their services immediately. The property was above and beyond our expectations, especially for the price. The views are incredible and their puppy Emmie is adorable.

"Comfortable and beautiful house, they do charge you for every extra little thing. Very strict rules."

They were very flexible with the check-in times as the place was empty. The place is very comfortable, new, well-designed and has amazing views. The landlord put up a hammock for our 3-year-old kid, which was really nice. You do need to take a car to go everywhere but everything its literally 3 minutes away and there is no parking issues (you do need to pay).

They don't allow you to use the heating in November (there is a law about this, that no one seemed to care in the rest of the places we stayed, but OK, legally you cannot use it, not the landlord's fault) but then, if you are cold they also don't allow you to use the fire place! I literally texted asking for some heating as our 3 years old was cold (as well as me, pregnant) They charge you 8 euros for using the washing machine, 10 euros per day for using the aircon and in November they don't give you shampoo nor body wash in the bathroom, so if you arrive late or wanting to shower... just water!

"Italian Elegance!"

This place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with a very well appointed kitchen. It is a walkable distance to Montepulciano but we appreciated having a car to drive to the parking lot just outside Montepulciano. The view from the patio at this home was wonderful. The beds very comfortable. The linens/towels clean and newWe loved our stay and would return without hesitation.
