Good location, really nice view from the patio and only a short walk to the centre. House was very clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and gave some good recommendations on things to do in the area.

The apartment is really well equipped, spacious and well decorated. We used the home as a base for travel in the area and felt it was an exceptional location. Our host was very accommodating and made great recommendations.

Everything was great. The owner was extremely nice, he even gave us some olive oil and butter we didn't have. The house was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The shower was leaking every time we used it. I wish there was bluetooth on the tv or on the stereo to connect our own music.

Scenery was breathtaking.return Beds, like sleeping on a cloud. Franco's dog was a joy to meet and play with. Location was exciting driving to and from winery's, etc. Our hosts were gracious and very friendly. Would love to return.

Because we were on foot it was challenging the first night going to get groceries but we learned a local bus came only 2 blocks away that took us to the top of Montepulciano & walking down was fine. We were using buses snd trains so did not have access to a car - no issue with hills if you have a car.
