Love this place - it's so full of character and history and so much nicer than all the boxy new apartments in Queenstown. We had 7 people stay and there was loads of room. Love the location just up the hill from the town centre, the gas fireplaces, timber features and waking up to the incredible view from the master bedroom over the centre of Queenstown each morning was such a highlight.

The house was beautiful with a very unique charm, very spacious, comfortable, stunning garden with magnificent flowers.

Water pressure in the bathrooms was a bit low for our liking. Only 1 person can take shower at the time. Once we figured this out we were able to rotate our routine.

Loved the living spaces - was a girls weekend so nice to have a big kitchen and dining areas to hang out!

The fact we HAD to keep the heatpumps on the set temperatures to avoid a fine was ridiculous - the house was SO hot and stuffy and uncomfortable to be in. The hot water took atleast 5 minutes to come in and the showers were all dribbles - couldn't have two showers runnings (couldn't even have a tap and a shower running) and hold pressure. Was good to see there was three bathrooms for a girls weekend with 6 ladies, but infact was really only one usable at any time.

We loved the charm of the house and lots of areas to sit and enjoy the house. Massive tv room and the view from the master bedroom was spectacular!

The walk back up the hill from town.
