"Perfect place to base your stay in Dunedin - close to everything worth seeing, doing or eating."

The location was withing walking distance to all facilities, including shopping, restaurants and even the Forsyth Barr stadium. The separate bedroom, bathroom and laundry created privacy and a noise separation, as opposed to units with only one or two rooms. The floor heating in the bathroom was heavenly. Kitchen was well appointed, and two couches in the lounge area. Dining table big enough to sit at.

For me the bed was way too soft, but that's a personal preference. No parking was a little inconvenient, but Wilson Parking is just around the corner and very safe.
