loved the traditional home style feel and the location was conveniently near the train station. The property manager, Yoshi, was a great deal of help and hospitality.

Very clean, easy access to transport and beds were very comfortable. The place was private, so it’s a good place to go if you have multiple people. Yoshi was the perfect host and gave us recommendations to do and eat around Kyoto. He even took the time to check up on us to see how we were settling into the place. highly recommend

It almost had everything but seasonings in this property. If you want to eat at this site，do not forget to buy soy sauce ,salt etc. when you shop in local seafood mart. Food from local store was delicious and bargain compared to dine outside. Hope seasonings will be supplied in the future .Two bicycles were available if you want to take a ride around.

located in a quite community with a lot restaurants and shops. We got chances to experience as same as locals. We would be back if we visit Kyoto again.

Loved staying in a Japanese house. Very helpful host with great handdrawn maps of things to do. One stop put of the city centre so felt quiet and calm. Had a really lovely time there.

The host is a wonderful person, always eager to help. Moreover he suggested us a lot of alternative plans to visit Kyoto. The house is really nice and perfect if you want to have a real japanese experience and it is full equipped (cooking, washing machine, hair dryer, etc). Also, it is located in a quite area. The house is 8 minutes walking from a JR station and you can find a close Larson and 7eleven. If you want to live a japanese experience in a small neighbourhood but well comunicated with the rest of the city, it is a great choice.

This was a great place for a family of four. Our host Yoshi was wonderful, helpful and made great suggestions for us during our stay. He checked in with us morning and night and was there to make sure we had a great time in Kyoto. Staying in a traditional townhouse felt like part summer cabin/ part ancient merchant home and we all really enjoyed the experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is one train stop outside of the main Kyoto city center, but we found it easy enough to get around, and Yoshi made sure we knew how to navigate buses etc. Definitely recommend it!
