Great place! Yoshi was an excellent host. He gave as tips. He also helped us receive our luggages from the delivery service. Communicates well. Highly recommended. Location was also good. Quiet and clean place to stay.

Yoshi-san, the host, was very accomodating and helpful. He was very patient with us even though we had a very late checked in from the assumed checked in. He even shared some tips and advices. I am very grateful to him.

"Traditional Kyoto stay"

Yoshi was fantastic and very responsive He was very helpful with everything from sights to see and how to get there as well as recommendations of places to eat and assisting with luggage transportation. He was an exceptional host. Location was great. One train stop from Kyoto Station in a quiet location. Options to take a bus to and from Kyoto city and sights. It was good to have a kitchen so the option to prepare food was available when my daughter was sick and we couldn't go out.

Having to go via one bedroom to access the bathroom, toilet and laundry area. Not an issue if travelling with a young family but families with older adult children was less private.

"Exceptional"

Everything was perfect. We loved our stay here. The house is near a JR Station, easy to find. It is clean and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Yoshi-San is very kind and helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed. We also got tips for what to do and how to get there. Communcation was very good. If we come back to Kyoto, we would stay here again! Thank you very much for having us and for your hospitality. Yoshi-San, arigato gozaimasu!
