Great Location On Gilbert - 3BR 2 level townhouse

Good location, tidy place, decent value for money

Close to town and amenities.

Key code to the lock box containing the key wasn’t provided 15 minutes prior to our arrival as promised in the check in email. We had to call the Bach Break call centre in the Phillipines and it took them 40 minutes to assist us. Internet was not working and this was it remedied during our stay despite contact with the locally based company stating we needed the problem fixed. Communication from company was poor. Light in upstairs bathroom flickered constantly.

The accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable as well as being within easy reach of the town centre and lovely Pekakura park.

Very disappointed we had no tv signal

Lovely clean house, excellent location, had everything we needed.

There was a small issue with the wifi but it was resolved eventually.

House was perfectly placed next to the park ( we were doing the 5km run that weekend) and the centre of town. V comfy for a weekend, 3 bedrooms, nice big living space.

Check in was 4 and out by 10, rather early! Beds quite soft ( but that’s a personal preference) Also house super warm due to bring metal clad! Hard to sleep with windows open due to roller blinds banging. They did have fans and ac though

The size of the home is good. Enough room for four adults / colleagues.

Old fruit / vegetables left in the cupboards or fruit bowl. The fourth bed is a fold out trundle bed, Not a proper single. More nightstands needed with beds, place needed a refresh as a long time between guests was obvious.
