Huge space, perfect for a couple of families. Quiet, gorgeous location in Acacia Bay. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of space. Easy drive into Taupo without the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is an exceptional mansion filled with personal touches and wonderful kayaks that we used. The rooms all were furnished nicely with towels, heaters (for the cool nights) and extra blankets and pillows. The spa was perfect. The house was clean. I loved it and we'll be back for a week next time. I was in the Masterton suite which was so comfy. Every room had tvs with working remotes. We took care of the space whilst there and look forward to returning.

The only thing was the bbq doesn't work. My advice, get rid of it, get a cheap new or 1l2nd hand one. It didn't detract from the glorious whare.

Gorgeous place, incredible views, great size for large groups.

Found glass in the spa pool, oven was broken and difficult to use, bbq was mouldy and extremely dirty. Overall would still recomend and stay again.
