We loved the location, easy access to groceries and local clubs. We used as a base for our stay in Wellington, only 25 mins to city and airport so we easily covered our trip itinerary. The property itself was new condition and bedding / lounge were very comfortable.

We couldn’t figure out the floor heating but it was not needed as the central heating was more than enough. I am sure the very responsive host would have clarified for us but it was not needed.

Lovely clean, spacious house. 15-minute walk down to shops and train to go into wellington. Car parking for one car. Bathrooms clean. Downstairs toilet and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The beds were comfy.

Sofas are uncomfortable in the lounge.

The house is not very clean. The toilet and also the bathroom. And when we entered the house, I can smell a big smelling of curry food
