"Average stay, good host, nice home, just a few things that were slightly frustrating."

Quiet and modern, good communication

The beds were all very uncomfortable. The key code on the door was playing up ? flat batteries, it took many attempts to unlock and lock the door. The shower heads kept falling down, broken. No face clothes or milk.

Great location. Nice and warm . Quiet

Unfortunately when we arrived it hasn’t been serviced. However my phone was answered on the first ring and the cleaners arrived within 15 minutes

Location was really good Very spacious Great facilities

One of the bedrooms was just a foam mattress way too soft but we were fine as their was only 4 of us and we could use the other room.

Clean and tidy, good amenities. Bedrooms didn’t have ducted heat pump so bedrooms got quite cold if the doors were shut.

When we arrived another unit had parked in our spot and then after we arrived someone who was staying in a different unit parked behind our car and blocked us in. Stricter rules around where guests are and are not allowed to park would be helpful. Also a little milk for tea and coffee would have been nice.

"Tidy and private townhouse"

Overall, great accomodation for our family’s week long holiday in Wellington. We enjoyed having our own rooms. A tidy and private property, that had the basics you need for a short stay. Close to the Johnsonville shops, and only a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Would stay again.

Unfortunately it didn’t have any air conditioning (as advertised) and the property was very hot at night, which wasn’t great for our baby.
