NO PARTY ALLOWED, Entire Brand New 3 bedroom townhouse, free unlimited fibre wifi and free parking

The property was very big and had everything needed to be self-sufficient. Off street parking was good. Once the cleaning issue had been rectified, it was cleaned well. door code process was good. Beds were comfortable

We had a terrible experience on check-in. The 2 storey accommodation hadn't been cleaned since the last guests checked out. Beds were still dirty, Dirty towels were hanging around the house (some with "skids" on them). Shaved hair in the sink etc. I called the property manager and they didn't answer. I left voicemails and messaged them through the app, no response. I did this a number of times over 3 to 4 hours. I was still not able to reach them. I contacted Booking.com customer service and they also couldn't get a hold of the property managers. I ended up having to wash the dirty towels myself as we were worried we wouldn't get any assistance that night, and we needed to have showers. The managers never did have the courtesy to reply or reach out, they just got the cleaners to call after dinner and the place was finally cleaned. Ironically, I received an email from the property the day before check-out, reminding us to clean up before we leave. This experience has put me off booking private accommodation instead of hotels.

Nice big house, awesome location, comfortable beds, great communication

I was expecting the house to be the pic that was advertised however I was still very happy with the house we did receive pictures from the house WERE in the pictures but further down the scroll. Otherwise the house was great

Location close to jville mall, number of bathrooms, size of living area, quiet. Abundant toilet paper and shower and hand soap. Clean sheets and pillow cases. Good oven. Good supply of coffee and sugar sachets were appreciated. Good sized refrigerator. Overall, Well supplied kitchen utensils and appliances.

For constructive support: No laundry tablets (we left our stash for next guests). No milk on arrival. Cleanliness was mediocre. Esp in kitchen cupboards. A larger pot would have been appreciated but not a biggy. We didn't use portable cot in the end as found a few live insects in it and didn't want to risk it. One of the beds with shared bathroom, slumps in the middle.

Place was clean had everything loved that there were 3 toilets & 2 showers bed in ensuite was so comfy and loved that it was close to the shopping centre.

It was very hot & warm fan didn't do much especially being summer but overall it was a great experience.

Nice big property for our family. We enjoyed being able to stay together under one roof. The property is well situated for privacy sidestep there being houses everywhere. Natural color. Heated floor was lovely

Unfortunately there was no baking trays or oven dishes at all. We found it difficult to cook our own food and ended up buying takeaways. Bed in middle room was extremely hard. I recommend that mattress be switched out. Also a valance on each bed so you cant see the bed bases. Top of the driveway was a bit dodge as the concrete is uneven and driveway is steep.

No dryer or airing rack.
