Clean and spacious. Info and instructions are organised into 2 folders. Everything works!

Only ground floor has a shower, there's nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink is tiny. The tap in the kitchen is so short it's challenging to fill the kettle or wash dishes. The stairs are very narrow and there's no railguard towards the bottom; we left our luggage in the living room (there's not enough space in the bedroom anyway) but the living room is big enough to fit 4 and we shower on the same floor, so all good.

Its size and location to Tongariro NP, new fridge and washing machine.

It was very shabby, smelt musty, holes in the floor coverings where different furnishings had been placed, no milk, dirty windows and kitchen blinds were greasy and filthy, aged damaged bath and laminate surrounding it…….

How easy it was to access. The fireplace was awesome too. Kept us nice and toasty when it got chilly at night!

Sauberkeit hätte in manchen Stellen höher sein können. Badezimmer ( vor allem im Obergeschoss) veraltet.

Lovely cottage that has all comforts of being at home. Close location to town centre. The kids loved it. There was a slight hiccup at check in, owners were incredibly generous with remedying this and overall we really enjoyed our short stay.

Good value. Comfortable beds. Location close enough to town.

Fridge and freezer not working. Warm beer! 4 day stay, unable to swap around freezer blocks to keep chilli bin cold for fish. (Booked a place with fridge/freezer for this reason) Heaters upstairs sound like a jet plane! (They do warm the space quickly). Electric blanket not working. Digital front door lock did not work to get in until opened from the inside (worked ok after that). Tv - sound is poor, wifi keeps dropping out. Operating system so slow.....(did not come to Turangi to watch TV but....it could really do with an upgrade)

Spacious, comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. Loved that the fire was all ready to go and there was a great carpeted area in the lounge for the kids to play. Very comfortable beds and handy quiet location to town. Great communication by hosts and lots of homely touches
