Hirangi cottage

Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location for Tongariro National Park and Lake Taupo. Off street parking and quiet neighbourhood. Fenced garden too.

There were a few insect pests, but spray was provided.

Convenient location, well equipped and homely, wonderful to relax in at the end of the day.

Had everything you needed for a long stay. Some fittings are a bit old, but still useable. We liked the space to spread out ourselves. We had a good stay, will choose this place to stay again if available at the same price.

The stairs spiral at two sections. Make sure you use the outer wider section, the inner section is narrow and misplacing your feet can result in a fall.

Pet friendly, enclosed yard, comfy beds, washing machine, it was like being at home

Outside of the hosts control but when the neighbors started tooting the car horn at 1am 😅

Roomy and comfortable for our group.

It could do with an update of basic cooking facilities (new frypan, knives etc)
