Private and Perfect for Families, Rotorua Escape

Size of the property was good

The property wasn't presented well Lawns and general cleaning, also in the kitchen was an infestation of ants. Beds were very uncomfortable not enough towels. Main bedroom bathroom flooded when you had a shower 🚿

What we liked was that this property is very deceiving when you arrive it looks small but once you're inside its bigger. We were in Rotorua for a Tough Guy/Gal Event so it was perfect for relaxing and to retreat to your own space. We have 3 sons aged 12, 14 and 15 and there was plenty of space for them to relax and do their own thing. Great size kitchen, 2 lounges and the bedrooms were a good size too. We would recommend this accomodation to friends and family and would look at rebooking for a another family getaway.

Very little issues but there were ants at the bottom of the fridge upon arrival and there was no basketball hoop (there was one pictured - perhaps just change the picture)

it was very quiet and easy to get a good nights rest

the beds were very hard and caused me and my patner to get sore necks and shoulders
