Private and Perfect for Families, Rotorua Escape

Nice house, big rooms, nice big kitchen, and quiet neighborhood.

It was a bit cold. Took a while for the house to heat up.

We booked this property very last minute as we didn’t have accommodation. The house is well equipped and overall perfect for what we needed.

We didn’t have any issues while we stayed. The only thing is that some parts could do with a little extra TLC, a few things were broken but didn’t effect use. The post box needed to be emptied as the post was falling out. We didn’t see anybody while we were there to pass that over.

Spacious home that was fantastic for our whanau. Perfect location on a lovely quiet street. Clean and private. Both days/nights we stayed were cold. So we absolutely appreciated the wonderful warmth from the central heating when we returned throughout the days/nights. Good communication with host, who responded quickly to text. Recommend. Will definitely stay again.

There was a slight buzzing sound to be heard in the single bedroom, possibly from central heating.

Open light and airy feel. It was quiet. The beds were comfy.

The lounge needed to be replaced. The bathrooms were dated and had no shower curtain/screen in the ensuite. The main bathroom shower was cracked, and water leaked on the floor.
