We are located in the center of town, between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the night market is also very close to our place. While there are no complaints about the food, it can be a bit expensive during festival seasons.

According to Booking.com, when we booked our stay, we checked in at 1:00 PM and completed the payment. However, we received a notification from Iconique Homestay stating that check-in was actually at 3:00 PM and checkout was at 12:00 PM. Additionally, we were informed that early check-in required an extra payment, which was very disappointing. The facilities at Bintang Cottage were beautiful and matched the description on Booking.com. Unfortunately, many things were not in working order when we arrived. The internet service was not functioning, one of the two cooking stoves was entirely broken, and the other stove was not working properly. The oven was also out of order. Furthermore, the toilet was leaking, and there was low water pressure throughout the property. Only two out of three toilets had a hot water supply, so we had to share one toilet. We also encountered a lot of mosquitoes, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. I hope you can address these issues for future guests.

property cud be improved a bit. It's still the same as past years. Hope cud be improved especially those plumbing, cabinets n WiFi. Quite noisy (due to road side) at night. To maintain the caretaker house. Require mosquitoes net for the small walk path towards master room. Surrounded garden can be maintained further instead of just left unattended. Drain at the back of house or surrounding master room need to be cleaned, clocked with water n hv mosquitoes.
