"Excellent place to stay in Negombo"

Nice villa in a quiet and cozy neighborhood near the airport (except from San Sebastian day) . Comfortable room with AC and hot water. Great for it's price. Very convenient if you need to spend some hours in Colombo. Krishan and his wife were so welcoming, made delicious breakfast and dinner and took us from and to the airport a couple of times. Totally worth it

"Top hospitality in Negombo Him"

They are clearly used to looking after guests like us, collecting us from the airport in their van which was big enough for our tandem. We walked to breakfast through their well-kept garden, and there are so many other touches that come from years of experience in hospitality.

Amazing garden and lovely family that runs the guesthouse. Beware there are an awful lot of mosquitoes so bring repellent! Otherwise its a sweet little neighbourhood and reasonably close to the airport. We ate a wonderful dinner at Italian inspired restaurant about 15 min walk from the property otherwise there are little local shops selling samosas etc and two basic supermarkets near.

"An oasis of calm"

Was a delight to stay here, it is an oasis of calm, beautifully maintained garden, repleat with ponds and lotuses amidst verdent tropical plants. The main house is rather grande, attention to detail is the modus operandi. Rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, mosquito net, fan and AC, all the mod cons. The hosts are very welcoming and kind hearted, wanting to facilitate above and beyond. Can highly recommend.

"Superb"

The villa is located a short drive from the airport - super convenient. The hosts were very welcoming, they greeted us when we arrived with a complimentary juice and were helpful arranging an airport transfer for us.
