i got diarrhea from the coffee water

We arrived in the morning hours before check in time and yet they were very pleasant and handed us keys. In early and we got to take a nap. Very sweet! We were on the top floor and we had an amazing spectacular view. Not just was the facility beautiful but the wild flora, the beach, the waves, and the sunset visible every night from our bungalow was exceptional. It was really nice to have our own little kitchenette which we didn't use as much as we should have but still having a refrigerator and a stove top and our own pots and pans was real convenience. The AC and the fan were outstanding in the heat and we also very much enjoyed the large very spacious shower. The quality of the food at the restaurant is outstanding, much like most of Oaxaca. We asked them if we went fishing and caught anything if they would prepare it for us and sure enough we went on a charter fishing trip, caught two bonitos, and the restaurant at the hotel prepared it 3 different ways for us! Absolutely lovely even their burgers and tacos were absolutely lovely oh and their guacamole also!

Our biggest complaint was the unreliable Wi-Fi. It was unavailable more than it was available. In grad school and I needed to attend two classes via zoom and neither of them were able to last more than 15 minutes. If you absolutely need Wi-fi I would recommend going elsewhere temporarily otherwise do come back to this facility it has many benefits. There are no elevators in the top floor is 51 steps, two of my fellow travelers were north of 70 years old and it was quite difficult for them to do this several times a day. Although the restaurant and bar are delicious, reasonable, and comfortable, It does not open on Sundays and is not available till around 4 or 5:00 PM which means for most of the day you'll have to go elsewhere to grab a beer or a bite to eat. Service in the restaurant, much like most of Mexico, requires patience. Of the food is outstanding and well worth the wait.

The location was good , it was not a main street , so it was quiet from the traffic

The TV use was not great . The kitchen lacked utensils, forks knives spoons. Pots pans . Microwave would have been nice.

The pool was fantastic! The grounds were well taken care of. Everyone was so kind!

We only stayed one night but could have happily stayed longer. A large, airy, spacious room with comfortable beds and useful small kitchen space with everything you need. The shower had warm water and good pressure. The terrace was lovely with beautiful sea views and a comfy hammock. Staff were friendly and welcoming. An easy walk to the beach and bars/restaurants.

The location was good. The grounds and pool were attractive and well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful and did the best for what they have to work with.

The room was not kept up. One of the large windows is cracked and needed securing. The refrigerator exterior is terribly rusty. The floor between and behind the range was dirty. The cookware and service ware is a second hand store collection. A king bed was advertised but there are two small doubles. The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The window screens have splits and let mosquitoes in.
