Bungalows Oasis

The location was great - a couple of blocks to the Mercado or the main street next to the beach. The hotel was nicely landscaped and had trees around the pool for some shade. The on-site dogs were friendly but on guard - especially Pia ❤️ The room was large with a kitchen and a full sized fridge. It also had a private patio with a hammock and a table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen was supplied with basics (plates, flatware and glasses/cups), but bring spices if you want them....the only condiment was a bottle of hot sauce.

We loved the garden - nice and green. Pool and felt spacious with our own terrace onto the garden.

Location is perfect, far away enough from the main roads but a few blocks from the beach and the shops / restaurants. On a quiet street. A/C worked well.

There is very little hospitality, there is no office and nowhere to talk to someone to get basic needs like toilet paper. We had the unit cleaned sporadically 3 times over a 19 day stay. We often couldn't find anyone to help us and we bought our own toilet paper at the store. The unit was missing chairs shown in the website photos. The rooms are also not numbered so it's hard to describe which unit is yours. English not spoken. It's also the kind of place that does gas-powered yard work outside your room at 7am. They don't really understand guest care and the fact that people are here in vacation. Tons of kids in the pool, there was even a birthday party one day with 20+ children. Maybe they rent out the pool during the day at the expense of guest's comfort. We didn't use the pool at all, it was a playground. We wouldn't recommend unless you have a bunch of kids and are a heavy sleeper.

Location was close to beach and to main activities.

No available reception, had to look for to personal through the property. Not properly clean, the shower and sink was leaking, saw few cockroaches at the bathroom. Repeated troubles with electricity. Problems with lock, one time we one broke the key.
