Regents 94B - Christchurch Holiday Homes

Location and house size were fantastic! Well presented, there was milk and some soft drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch, as well as the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. Slept 9 of us easily (3 couples 3 singles)

We found the bathroom situation unclear on the listing - there is no main bathroom, all showers/baths are en suites which made it a little awkward for others to use. There is a toilet downstairs though We also asked about 4 times for an early check in and late check out and kept being told to call back to follow up. By the time we were leaving we couldn’t be bothered following up again so just left at the allotted time

As described on the website Excellent location Easy check in and check out Spacious for the 9 of us with good bedding configurations

Kitchen is not as well equipped as the others A bit different to what was on the website(I.e. white rice cooker) No scissors or baking papers etc

Property was ok but you could feel that it is a holiday rental home

Unauthorised additional credit card charge when property owner didn't believe we only had the number of people we had booked and paid for staying in the property. We were charged for an additional person who was never there. Made to feel like a liar

Plenty of room for 8 of us and plenty of bathrooms also! Great location - central to everything. Judi was a godsend when we couldn’t work out the stovetop and came to the rescue with another much needed pot.

Location, plenty of room ,clean tidy

The address was hard to find on Google maps, the destination didnt exist , it was a residence driveway. The house was around the corner
