Location was good and property manager communicated promptly.

Fees were charged twice and unexpected fees kept cropping up.

Bedrooms and sitting room/dining generally were very nice - spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Great location - handy to Riccarton Road for shops and buses to central city, and parking for 2 cars on site (1 in garage) which we needed with our group of 6 arriving from all over the country. Kitchen was well equipped for the simple cooking we did - breakfasts and a dinner.

3 of the 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. As we used all 5 bedrooms, occupants of the 2 which don't have their bathrooms had to go through the other's bedrooms. (The separate downstairs toilet wasn't working properly when we were there.) The website is really unclear about this issue.

Location great and very quiet. 3 bathrooms great for bigger groups. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely book again.

Lock box difficult to open -poor lighting and fiddly. Worked it out eventually :) Parking tricky as we had 3 vehicles between us and really only room for 2 up driveway, and is a 120min parking limit on street. Living area felt a little small for big group but fine for a short stay.

Some of the facilities can be improved and can do a bit maintenance

Location was great, the rooms were a good size, comfy beds, warm, well equipped kitchen and great to have table tennis & darts for the kids!

The bathrooms were a little odd as they all went off bedrooms and the sliding door on the twin bedroom kept coming off its rollers.
