House was clean, well equipped and just like the photos. We really enjoyed the covered deck & picnic table as it was raining the whole time. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely rural outlook. The Whangamamona Pub was just a short walk up the road (though note that the serving time for dinner is very short - 5.30-7pm - & there aren't any other options).

Magic location right in the middle of town with great view of town, lovely deck and back yard. Everything we needed provided, great kitchen, oven, comfy beds, quiet and comfy. Loved the sheep!

Lovely deck area. Very handy to have two toilets. Good location. Cozy living space.

The double beds were a bit hard for our liking. Some of the kitchen cupboards were hard to open.
