PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING My friend and I Was in Tauranga for 4 days had to find accommodation for our last nite no motels were available we booked this home. Worse mistake our day/evening Become a nightmare Starting with the host ringing and speaking so rude about how many people were staying Which was just myself and friend but we were liers said owner lived behind. So I spoke with owner lovely lady. Then to be accused of intimidating the owner which was not correct owner even told agent lady that. So many lies were made up yelling at my friend demanding for us to pack and piss offf yes my friend yelled back. Who wouldn't I phoned police and booking.com we was allowed to stay. I do not recommend this home to anyone it's so stressful I then was reading thru reviews and hello. Not the first time. But definitely likes to paint a pitcher and comes back with many lies like everyone else is at fault Yes we had family members come to say hi and have a cuppa. But we are only human and that's what people. Do. After all it is a holiday home to enjoy and relax in peace this was the very opposite very upsetting when we actually done nothing wrong. But in her eyes we were just scum Camera is placed right at door so definitely no privacy Nothing in policey saying that u was not allowed visitors Ur every move and step is watched for the amount of money u pay this is a joke. Stay clear and holiday somewhere else less stressful I know a reply will be given to my review but it is certainly a pattern with this host. I'm not the first bad review I have stayed in so so many accommodation places never ever experienced something like this

I didn’t get the time to read previous comments as I was in rush to book this property. Agree with the last comment done about this property. First of all it’s a family air bnb and not worth the value. The lady was very rude on the phone and snooping around the property to check the guests. Some of the appliances were locked so guest can’t use it . She was very particular about what were cooking. My opinion don’t book this property

The property is central. Easy access and clean. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Great location and perfect house for chilling out, short drive to the mount and close walk to any shops or liquor stores!
