Very clean and tidy unit. Ideal 1 or 2 night stay.

Bit hsrd to see the access to the unit in the dark..

Call for the key pin and the owner said would send email then nothing happened, send two SMS still nothing, call twice, and this time no answer, so I needed to book another place at the end. Booking.com also provided bad service and at end the refusing to give refund so far even Iam loyal Genius Level 3 client. Total disaster and on top was a super windy day in Dunedin.

Location was good

It didn't have off-street parking.

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet location.

It was easy access to the city, and grocery shop, dairy, bakery and coffee shop were close by. The cabin was in a quiet location. A nice little gift was on the bench for us on arrival, nice touch. Nice garden approaching the cabin. The small heater really heated up the room well. Thank you.

Bathroom floor mostly around the toilet had visible dust and dirt around it. The surrounding area of the entry to the shower was also visibly dirty. It would have been nice to have a bath mat for the shower. A small table for eating inside would have been handy, just a small fold up table to tuck away.

Convenience of location and easy to access anytime.
