House was nice, tidy except a bit of rubbish in the Waldrobe. Wine and chocolate appreciated thanks. Everything was nice.

The beds are uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs.

Beautiful views, excellently appointed, clean home.

Location was fantastic.

We arrived 30 minutes early. Hadn’t been cleaned. Foned manager and she was surprised and said she would arrange it and would be ready in about 90 minutes. I foned manager when we finally went back and she asked me if it had been cleaned would have expected her to have arrived herself to check. But got the feeling she might not have even lived in Queenstown. Also I foned her because 3 cups needed replacing. She arranged it but didn’t know where they had been placed because we were out. Again no real interest. Outside patio table was filthy. 2 saucepans handled were dangerously loose and I tightened them to avoid an accident. Generally it appeared to lack any personal effort to make it comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, lots of room, amazing view of the lake and quiet.

Slightly further out of centre which meant a walk into town and then up hill in the way back. But the hill is the sacrifice you make for the view.
