The Twins

Location was great and handy to the bus stop. Large apartment 3 story with great sized bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5. Good kitchen facilities and good communication from the owner.

A couple of items broken in kitchen like one light flickering and the can opener, which was a minor inconvenience Was unsure when booked based on photos which unit we would get as we paid a higher price but in the end were told they're both the same, so not sure why we paid more.

Property was located away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Great views of the mountains and lake and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and the property was clean and well equipped for self catering.

The hill and/or distance to walk from the bus stops. No advice of some existing damage that did not affect the use or enjoyment of the property. Lack of space for luggage in the main bedroom.

Shower water is poor/slow on the 3rd floor. Lock in the bathroom and bedroom is not functioning.

Dirty entrance, dusty with lots of dried leaves.

Amazing location with the view of the lake.

Instead of 2 single beds if they would have provided queen or double beds.
